Client Asset Safeguards
Monfex offers some of the best cyber-security measures available to ensure that customers
assets and funds are strictly protected. We regularly test and audit our security measures
to ensure that they correspond to the highest industry standards.
Monfex uses the following measures:

Assets are held in cold storage using multisig technology

Trading Platform Infrastructure
The Monfex trading platform is designed to provide our users with the lowest latencies and
meet or exceed all industry standards. Our system is designed to provide a user-friendly
experience while maintaining the standards that institutional investors have come to
expect.
Two Factor Authentication
Dual authentication, also known as 2FA or two-step verification, is an industry-standard
authentication scheme that makes users provide two separate authentication factors before
allowing access to accounts. This is far more secure than simple password protection, and
can be set up easily in minutes. Read more about 2FA and the technology behind it
here.
In order to enable the 2FA for your account, please go to the Profile Settings in your
Monfex trading account, then select ‘Enable’ for 2-Step verification. A video tutorial can
be found here. The 2FA works with the help of the Google Authentication app.
